After earning his real estate sales license in 2001 and his broker’s license in 2004, he’s spent more than two decades doing one thing: helping people get into homes they love, on terms that actually work for them.

As the founder of KNB Capital Inc., Brandon operates as an independent mortgage broker — which means he works for you, not a bank. With access to 100+ wholesale lending programs across Conventional, VA, FHA, Non-QM, DSCR, and more, his job is to find the right fit for your specific situation, not push you into whatever’s easiest to close. Every file he touches, he touches personally. You’ll always have his direct number.

He’s personally helped hundreds of families navigate the mortgage process from first conversation to closing day. KNB Capital. Most people assume it’s just a business name. It’s not.

The K stands for Kennedy — Brandon’s daughter, who passed away in 2019 from fentanyl. She was the kind of person who lit up a room, and losing her changed everything. It cracked something open that no amount of success, achievement, or adventure could fill back up the same way.

Brandon carries her with him every single day. Her name is on the door. Her memory is the standard.

In the years since, Brandon has gone deep into his spirituality — asking the questions most people are afraid to sit with. What does it all mean? Why are we here? What do we owe to the people we love and the ones we’ve lost? He doesn’t have all the answers. But the searching itself has shaped him into someone more present, more compassionate, and more committed to living a life that actually means something.

In recent years, Brandon taught himself videography — not because he had to, but because he wanted to tell stories better. What started as content for his personal brand at brandonfeco.com quickly grew into something more.

He’s since put those skills to work helping his wife Angela with her event marketing business at Angela M Events — producing video content for her clients that captures the moments that matter. It’s the same instinct that drives everything Brandon does: show up, learn the craft, and use it to help the people around you.

Those Who Served

From 2017 to 2022, Brandon co-founded Operation Jump 22 — a veteran charity that took individuals skydiving to raise awareness about PTSD and veteran suicide. What started as a passion project grew into something far more meaningful: a movement that brought people together, raised funds for veteran-focused organizations, and gave participants an experience that changed how they saw themselves and what was possible.

Operation Jump 22 may have closed its chapter in 2022, but its impact lives on in every veteran it touched. It remains one of the things Brandon is most proud of.
